A-14 Authorizing the execution of an Agreement with the State Office of Emergency Management, Department of Environmental Protection and the Ocean County Health Department and Berkeley Township Hazmat Team through the Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement for Hazmat Services.
A-15 Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Borough of Ship Bottom for Schedule "C" Road Department Services, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 and Schedule "C" Engineering Services, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.

B-5 Approving the OC Master Payroll paid on March 4, 2009 for the payroll period of February 5, 2009 through February 18, 2009 and for the payroll period of February 19, 2009 through March 4, 2009, in the amount of $4,897,160.83.
B-6 Approving the Plans and Specifications and authorizing the County Engineer to advertise for the receipt of bids for Intersection Reconstruction of Lakewood-New Egypt Road (C.R. 528) and Pinehurst Road (C.R. 539), Plumsted Township.
B-7 Authorizing the conveyance by dedication of Parcel 33 to the Township of Jackson for the Reconstruction of Bennetts Mills Road, from County Line Road to Manhattan Street, Jackson Township.
B-8 Authorizing the acquisition of right-of-way and/or easement(s) by gift, purchase, exchange or condemnation for the purpose of intersection reconstruction and traffic signal upgrade at Route 527, Cedar Swamp Road and Route 526, West Commodore Boulevard, Jackson Township.

Traffic Safety Improvements
C-1 Authorizing the Installation of a Traffic Signal at the intersection of West Commodore Boulevard-Route 526-571 and Cassville Road-Route 571, Jackson Township.
C-2 Authorizing the Installation of a Traffic Signal at the intersection of Cross Street-Route 626 and James Street, Lakewood Township.
C-3 Authorizing the Installation of a Traffic Signal at the intersection of Monmouth Road-Route 537 and Hornerstown-Whiting Road-Route 539, Plumsted Township.
D-1 Awarding a Contract for the furnishing and delivery of PRINTING PROJECTS to W.G.I. Corp. T/A Webco Graphics, the lowest qualified bidder.
D-2 Awarding a Contract for the furnishing and delivery of SAFETY BARRELS to Garden State Highway Products, Inc., the lowest qualified bidder.
D-3 Awarding a Contract for the furnishing and delivery of DOCUMENT SHREDDING SERVICES to MCC Recycling, LLC, the lowest qualified bidder.
D-4 Awarding Contracts for the furnishing and delivery of STEEL CHANNEL POSTS AND TIMBER FOR SIGN POSTS to Garden State Highway Products, Inc.; Traffic Safety Service, LLC; and Bayway Lumber, Inc., the lowest qualified bidders.
D-5 Rejecting all bids for the furnishing and delivery of GOLF CARTS FOR OCEAN COUNTY GOLF COURSES. It will be rebid with revised specifications.
E-1 Authorizing Change Order No. 1 with Site Contractors, Inc. for the project known as Demolition and Related Work – 13 Clearwater Drive, Waretown, Ocean Township, NJ, a decrease in the amount of $150.00.
F-1 Awarding a Professional Services Contract to Remington, Vernick & Vena Engineers for Voter District Mapping Services for the 2009 Calendar Year, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
F-2 Awarding a Contract to Carole Leasing Corporation d/b/a Budget Car Sales and One Putt, Inc. for the transportation of voting machines from polling places in Ocean County.
F-3 Awarding a Contract to Advanced Computer Concepts, Inc. t/a Trec for printing, labeling, mailing and binding services for the Board of Elections.
F-4 Amending a Professional Services Contract with Paulus, Sokolowski, and Sartor, LLC, for the preparation of a Joint Land Use Study for Joint Base McGuire, Dix, Lakehurst, a no cost extension of time until 3/31/2009.
