Picnic Area All of our parks have at least a few picnic tables, but some parks are able to accommodate large groups for picnics.Ocean County Park in Lakewood, for instance, can accommodate up to 600 picnickers! Beginning March 1 of each year, we will take limited reservations for large groups on a first-come-first-served basis, up to three weeks before the requested date, for picnics held between April 1 and November 1. A fee is charged based upon the size of the group, and proof of insurance is required for groups of 300 or more persons.  Click here for the Picnic Reservation & Rules Form. * For your more intimate gatherings visit one of our many other facilities.
