The County Security Guard is the "front line" contact with, not only the park visitor, but at most of the County facilities throughout our area.

The County Security Guard provides for the safety, protection and enjoyment of the park visitor and anyone entering a County-owned building.

This is accomplished by creating an atmosphere of understanding and cooperation through communication and people-oriented management.

Principal emphasis is placed upon skills in interpersonal relationships and communication in securing compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Security Guards are also prepared to respond with professional competence in situations that require enforcement action.
