Ocean Ride provides transportation to
several area Dialysis, Radiation & Infusion Facilities throughout Ocean
County.
Please be advised that Ocean Ride will no longer accept new
riders for the dialysis transportation service.
While changes are being reviewed for this transportation program and others
provided by Ocean Ride, we find it necessary to also suspend the waiting list
for dialysis transportation indefinitely. Additional names will not be added at
this time.
Reduced State funding from the casino revenue program over the four
consecutive, have resulted in Ocean Ride enacting a series of measures to scale
back services while still providing core transportation services to our riders.
An alternate transportation provider list has been developed and is available
below.

Ocean Ride is currently reviewing a variety of service
adjustments in an effort to sustain on-going transportation services in the
light of multi-year funding cuts. As part of those adjustments, Ocean Ride can
no longer hold tranportation slots beyond a six-week time period.
