HISTORIC SITES SURVEY
An extensive inventory of 2,200 buildings and districts of historical and architectural interest in Ocean County's thirty-three municipalities. Also, as a planning tool and source of information for selecting nominees to the National and New Jersey Registers of Historic Places, it provides documentation of sites and encourages historic preservation of local architecture. [Available as a reference at the Commission office, Ocean County Library branches (applicable to the area served by the branch), and municipal and county planning offices.]

OLD BOAT SURVEY
An extensive overview , analysis, and identification of the county's significant indigenous boats built in Ocean County and sailed on Barnegat Bay during the last century. Includes craftsmanship and design information relating to the area's maritime heritage. [Available as a reference at the Commission office]
