County employees.

The primary responsibilities of the Help Desk are:
- The first IT contact for the Users
- Resolve all calls pertaining to specified tasks
- Generate/refer work orders for other tasks to appropriate
personnel
At present we support the IBM AS/400, S/390, Novel NT, Windows
95, 98, 2000, XP and Microsoft Office 95, Office 97 and Office 2000,
Lotus Notes 5.11, 6.5, AMS
