Since
1982, the Tuckerton Historical Society's Museum has been
located in the Giffordtown Schoolhouse, an 1884 building with
a stove, model of the Tuckerton Wireless (1912-1955), antique tools
and many other artifacts that pertain to the school.
The museum showcases artifacts from the early Quakers, Tuckerton,
Little Egg Harbor, Tuckerton Railroad, and Tucker's Island. |
