Situated along the Tuckerton Creek, this 40-acre site opened in May 2000. The Tuckerton Seaport is a unique working maritime village that depicts life along New Jersey's coast.

Currently, the Seaport includes 13 buildings, including a boat works, lighthouse, decoy carving shops, gunning club and yacht club. Still in the building stage, the Seaport will eventually be home to 30 maritime structures.

Exhibits, both permanent and rotating, highlight the life, work and art of New Jersey's coastal heritage.

The Tuckerton Seaport produces many events throughout the year, including art shows, antiques and collectibles shows, many crafts shows, an annual photo contest, and a number of festivals to celebrate the area's historic heritage. Check the Seaport website or call for the schedule of events.
