Surf City Borough - Pound Fishing

Pound fishing was common along Oceam County's coast. Huge nets were stretched about one mile out to sea to trap fish swimming along the coast. Boats, launched from the shore through the surf, took the fish from the traps, amd brought them back to shore. On shore, locals, along with sea gulls, would watch and wait for their share of fish.
