The Warrants Division is responsible for executing the service of all arrest warrants, subpoenas, and extraditions on Ocean County Warrants. The Sheriff's Office makes an average of 1,100 arrests and 100 extraditions yearly. We have been active partners with the U.S. Marshals Office participating with them in the NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force and with the INS Violent Gangs Task Force now the ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement) Violent Gangs Task Force.

The Non-Support Unit has been the number one unit in the State with the largest statewide amount of monies collected for the children in Ocean County.

The Fugitive Squad serves all warrants that are criminal in nature and includes the following; indictment warrants, failure to appear warrants, violation of probation, domestic violence, as well as fugitives wanted by other law enforcement agencies.
