Info The Ocean County Library system has 21 locations, offering customers a variety of specialized services. Books by Mail and the Home Borrowers Service offer access to library materials for the homebound. Ocean County Library is partnered with the New Jersey State Library Talking Book and Braille Center to provide no-cost, home-delivered services to resident with print impairments by providing library materials in accessible formats. Large print books, audiobooks, Playaways, and DVDs can be found at every library location. Ocean County Library offers dozens of online resources, including full text of hundreds of newspapers and magazines that be accessed in the library or at home. Topics covered by on the online databases include: genealogy, business, literature, auto repair, and so much more. Free Wi-Fi
is available at every branch. Many branches also offer free computer classes on topics such as Internet basics, email, and Ebooks. The library now offers passes to a variety of museums in the tristate area. The library also offers digital programming via the library's website or YouTube channel.
