Info The library system has 21 locations offering customers a variety of specialized services. Both books by mail and the Home Borrowers Service offers access to libary materials for the homebound. Applications for each services are avaiable by calling any of the branches or from the library website. Ocean County Library is a Regional Resource Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Assistance program under the direction of the New Jersey Library for the Blind and Handicapped in Trenton. Our staff can connect you with vision reading systems, listening devices, bed readers and other services from the NJLBH. Large print books, books on cassettes and compact discs can be found at every libary location. The Ocean County Library offers dozens of online resources including the full text of hundreds of newspapers and thousands of magazines that can be accessed from home as well. Among the topics included in these online resources are geneology, business, literature and auto repairs. Free wireless Internet connections are available at every branch. Many branches offer free computer classes including basic Internet and E-mail access.
