Salute to Ocean County: A celebration of Arts and Heritage
On May16, 2024 at 6:30 PM reception and program to begin at 7:00 PM the Ocean County Cultural and Heritage Commission, in conjunction with Ocean County College, will present the twelfth annual Salute to Ocean County: A Celebration of Arts and Heritage. This event—which is free and open to the public—will honor Ocean County’s outstanding cultural organizations, and recognize exceptional local artists, historians, preservationists, educators and government leaders.
In addition to acknowledging the recipients of the Commission’s Local Arts and History Program Grants, the evening will feature awards for distinction in the arts and history.
Other highlights of the evening will include the Pauline S. Miller Lifetime Achievement Award for Ocean County History and Lifetime Achievement in the Arts in Ocean County.
Ocean County LAP and CHPP regrantees will receive 3 Professional Development points for attending and staying for the entire program.
