Hooper Avenue from Washington Street to Madison Avenue in downtown Toms River will be closed to traffic from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the following Saturdays: March 28, April 4, April 11, April 18, April 25 and May 2, while construction work is taking place at the Ocean County Justice Complex Annex.
Detours will be in place during work hours. Pedestrians are encouraged to avoid the area when possible and use caution if travel near the zone is necessary.
