Announcement of Competitive Contracting Requests for Proposals |

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners announces the availability of funding for the provision of the following services, up to a total of:
Substance Use Prevention and Early Intervention $180,000.00
Care Management for Individuals with Substance Use Disorder $870,000.00
Innovative Substance Use Programming $100,000.00
Targeted Outreach and Engagement $450,000.00
Opioid Prevention and Consulting $150,000.00
Funds may not be used to supplant or replace existing funds or other resources from federal, state, or county government for existing programs or lot purposes of capital construction or renovation. The County reserves the right to award partial contracts to one or more proposers.
The Requests for Competitive Contracting (RFCC) are available on the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website ( County''s Online Procurement Portal ) or by contacting the Purchasing Department at (732) 929-2101.
All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
The County will not be responsible for late submissions and no proposals will be accepted after the time stipulated in this notice.
Questions about each solicitation must be submitted using the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website ( County''s Online Procurement Portal ) no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
