ANNUAL NOTICE OF COUNTY COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASING SYSTEM |
In accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.29, the County of Ocean hereby provides annual public notice of its approved County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System, identifier CK-02-OC.
The County of Ocean serves as the lead agency in this cooperative, which enables local contracting units within the County to purchase goods and services under contracts awarded by the County without the need for separate competitive bidding.
This cooperative system was approved by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services and remains valid through February 13, 2027. As required, this notice is published annually for the duration of the cooperative’s approval.
