The Ocean County Board of Commissioners announces the availability of funding for Behavioral Health Services. The County is seeking proposals from vendors to support community behavioral health providers that operate within the county and to compliment Federal, State and other funding that is invested locally in order to maximize resources and enhance the wellness and recovery of Ocean County residents. Approximately $2,175,000.00 may be available.
Funds may not be used to supplant or replace existing funds or other resources from federal, state, or county government for existing programs or lot purposes of capital construction or renovation. The County reserves the right to award partial contracts to one or more proposers.
The Requests for Competitive Contracting (RFCC) are available on the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website ( County''s Online Procurement Portal ) or by contacting the Purchasing Department at (732) 929-2101.
All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
The County will not be responsible for late submissions and no proposals will be accepted after the time stipulated in this notice.
Questions about this solicitation must be submitted using the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website ( County''s Online Procurement Portal ) no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
