Notice of Competitive Contracting
The Ocean County Board of Commissioners through the Ocean County Office on Aging (Ocean County Office of Senior Services), 1005 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08754-2191 (732) 929-2091 is seeking proposals for Year Three, Older Americans Act Title III Area Plan Contract 2027 for the following services:
Access: Information and Assistance, APC Options Counseling, Care Management, Transportation, Assisted Transportation, and Assistive Technology.
In-Home Support: Home Modification, Social Visiting, Telephone Reassurance, Residential Maintenance/Heavy Chores, Housekeeping, Certified Home Health Aide, Emergency, Homesharing/Matching, Housing Assistance and Personal Care.
Other Services: Adult Day Services (Social), Adult Protective Services, Legal Assistance, Physical Health, Oral Health, Mental Health, Counseling, Physical Activity, and Socialization/Recreation.
Nutrition Support: Congregate Nutrition, Home Delivered Nutrition, State Weekend Home Delivered Meals, Nutrition Education, Nutrition Counseling and Portable Nutrition.
Caregiver: NFSCP Caregiver Information and Assistance, NFCSP Caregiver Options Counseling, NFCSP Caregiver Assistive Technology, NFCSP Caregiver Home Modification, NFCSP Caregiver Residential Maintenance/Heavy Chores, NFCSP Visiting Nurse – Respite, NFCSP Caregiver Housing Assistance, NFCSP Caregiver Support Group, NFCSP Caregiver Counseling, NFCSP Trained Volunteer Assistance, NFCSP Wander Safety System, NFCSP Respite – In-Home, NFCSP Respite – Out of Home - Day, NFCSP Respite – Out of Home – Night, and NFCSP Respite – Other.
The contract term for these programs shall be from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. The Competitive Contract is available on the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oceancounty or available for viewing at the Ocean County Purchasing Department at 732-929-2101 beginning Wednesday, July 22, 2026. All proposals must be received on the Procurement Portal Website (link above) prior to 4:00pm, prevailing time on Thursday, August 27, 2026. The County will not be responsible for late submissions and no proposals will be accepted after the time stipulated in this notice.
