NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT |
Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – The County of Ocean intends to participate in Robert H. Hoover and Sons, Inc., Contract No. 032824-DAI.

The County of Ocean anticipates awarding a Purchase Order pursuant to Robert H. Hoover and Sons, Inc., Contract No. 032824-DAI.
The initial contract term is August 28, 2024 through July 9, 2028.
It is the intent of the Purchasing Agent to make a contract award pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Robert H. Hoover and Sons, Inc., Contract No. 032824-DAI.
The County of Ocean is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
