NOTICE OF COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING PROPOSAL |
FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER ACTIVITIES FY2026
The Ocean County Planning Department is seeking sealed proposals for First Time Home Buyer Activities from qualified organizations to administer the daily operations of the FY 2026 First Time Home Buyer program. The program, funded under the HOME Investment Partnerships Act of 1990, and directed by the Ocean County Planning Department, provides financial assistance to individuals seeking to purchase a house in Ocean County.
The County of Ocean is accepting only electronic proposals for this Competitive Contract proposal. The Competitive Contract is available on the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oceancounty and available for viewing purposes only at the Ocean County Purchasing Department at 732-929-2101. All proposals must be received on the Procurement Portal no later than 4:00 PM on February 19, 2026.
