Children's InterAgency Coordinating Council

The Ocean County Children’s Interagency Coordinating Council (CIACC) serves as the county’s primary advisory body to the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF), the New Jersey Children's System of Care, and the Ocean County Mental Health Board.

CIACC brings together youth, families, schools, service providers, and community partners to strengthen services for children and young people from birth through age 21 who experience:

  • Emotional or behavioral health challenges
  • Susbtance use concerns
  • Intellectual and developmental disabilities

Through collaboration, CIACC identifies service gaps, emerging needs, and priorities to better support Ocean County Families
